At Jay’s Smoke Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium cigars, tobacco products, accessories, and smoking essentials in excellent condition. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of tobacco products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened cigars
- Opened tobacco products
- Used smoking accessories
- Any item that has been opened, used, or altered after delivery
Returns may be accepted for eligible unused products within 7 days of delivery if the item is received in its original, unopened packaging and remains in resalable condition.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
Shipping Issues
Jay’s Smoke Shop is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Jay’s Smoke Shop sells products intended only for adults of legal smoking age.
